The Optimist Club of Reno Scholarship Program offers five (5) $1000 scholarships to students enrolled in northern Nevada recognized trade schools.

 

Applicant Qualifications:

▪ Be at least sixteen(16) years of age and not older than 20 years of age
▪ Be a legal citizen of the fifty (50) United States
▪ Currently enrolled in a trade school or CTE recognized program in a high school.

Applications must include:
▪ On-line Scholarship Application
▪ Recommendation from a CTE teacher, employer, counselor or school administrator

 

Optimist will contact recommender

(requires email address of student's recommender)
▪ Official Copy of (current) School Transcript
▪ Applicant Photo
