The club has outgrown the ability to contiune to meet at Heidi's Restaurant and has had to find a new location. The new location has been found and we are pleased to annouce that we will now hold one meeting per month as a dinner meeting. The dinner meeting is scheduled for the 4th Tuesday of each month. We look forward to seeing you there.

The 3rd Annual Fun Sunday was held July 20th, 2008. It was a rousing success. Thank you to everyone that participated and attending this annual event for the schools of Sun Valley.
Optimist Club of Reno makes its debut in the 2006 Nevada Day Parade. The scouts of both Pack and Troop 585 were on hand to help out.
